Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Window - Application - Documents



For all scholarship types, the applicants have to fill in the online application form and indicate the Indian or European Higher Education Institution of the network where they want to complete their study, research or teaching.

Additionally, for reference only, you will find below a list of documents that might be required for the application:

• curriculum vitae (in English)
• proof of academic enrolment (for undergraduate students and sandwich doctoral students) or of link to European or Indian university (for post-docs and teaching staff, if possible also for doctoral students)
• transcripts of academic records
• copy of university diploma (in specific cases, an official translation will be required afterwards)
• proof of language skills in English and/or other languages required by the host university
• motivation letter (in English) explaining the intention of study or research in Europe
• copy of passport or identity card
• one recommendation letter (for undergraduate students) or two recommendation letters (for other categories) written by university professors (in English)
• list of academic subjects offered by host university and selected by the applicant (study plan) (for undergraduate students)
• brief description (in English, three to five pages) of the research project (for doctoral and post-doctoral studies) or the teaching plan (for academic teachers)
• list of scientific publications and congress participations (for doctoral, post-doctoral studies and teaching staff) (in English)
• list and proof of teaching experiences (for teaching staff)
• acceptance letter by the Higher Education Institution for which the candidate is applying (for doctoral and post-doctoral studies and teaching staff)
